Whether you're seeking calming meditation, challenging puzzles, or something more interactive, our VR headsets offer a variety of experiences.
These self-facilitated sessions allow you to explore at your own pace, but please note that an induction is required before attending. Bookings are essential, so come in and discover the immersive world of virtual reality.
Please be aware that Virtual Reality is not recommended for people with pre-existing conditions such as a history of seizures or photosensitive response, eye movement impairments, migraines or who may be prone to motion sickness.
To minimise health concerns we ask that people only book in for one session per day to avoid prolonged use.
GRLC uses Oculus Quest 2 VR headsets which have been designed for use by people aged 15 or above.
