Celebrate International Women's Day with a creative wellness experience designed for reflection, empowerment and holistic wellbeing.
In this mindful creative workshop, you will transform a blank canvas bag into a personal symbol of safety, strength, empowerment and what truly matters to you.
Through gentle reflection, expressive creativity, and shared connection, you’ll explore:
Each brushstroke becomes an intentional act of self-care, leaving you with a beautiful reminder of your courage, clarity, and strength — something you can carry with you every day.
Bring your heart, your story, and your creativity — leave with strength and empowerment in your hands.
This event is facilitated by Benett Hernandez from Creative Wellness Haven, delivered by Regional Runways Inc. and presented in partnership with Geelong Regional Libraries.
Regional Runways Inc. is a grassroots, community-based not-for-profit that creates opportunities for diverse women to share their cultures, talents, and traditions with the broader community.
