2020 challenged us all and our well-being was put to the test. We were taken back to the basics of life due to physical distancing and the removal of a lifestyle that we were familiar with. Here is an opportunity to start the year afresh by reflecting on lessons learnt and plan for a year of balance and wellbeing.
Exploring the New Pathways Life Model you will gain insight into a unique approach of holistic living that encourages action to strengthen all elements of human nature – Heart, Mind, Body and Spirit. This session creates connections between participants, explores the impact of the current isolation on well-being and assists participants to decide on practical, personal strategies to support holistic well-being and empowerment.
Please note, at times during this Zoom Workshop you may be invited to turn your camera on and unmute your microphone to participate with the presenter and the other participants. Your participation is entirely at your discretion, you can watch with your camera and microphone switched off if you prefer. You can also ask questions or request assistance using the ‘behind the scenes’ functions such as 'Chat' or 'Raise Hand'.
