Maggie Flanagan, Wellness and Nutrition Coach - Help! I want my waist back!

Reduced activity, increased alcohol intake and comfort eating has left many of us heavier than we were at the beginning of 2020 which could have damaging physical and mental health implications.

Let’s look at positive ways to include health - promoting healthy food in our daily diets, and how exercise can create more efficient body-chemistry for brain health.

Please note, at times during this Zoom Workshop you may be invited to turn your camera on and unmute your microphone to participate with the presenter and the other participants. Your participation is entirely at your discretion, you can watch with your camera and microphone switched off if you prefer. You can also ask questions or request assistance using the ‘behind the scenes’ functions such as 'Chat' or 'Raise Hand'. Please feel free to bring your lunch and join us from wherever you are on your laptop, tablet or smart phone.
