Who raids the veggie patch at night? Who pitter-pats across the tin roof? Join us for a reading and launch of the new book by Jennifer King and artist/illustrator Marita Reynolds.

What happens in your garden after dark? is a collaboration between local sisters, Jennifer King and Marita Reynolds. Words by Jennifer, illustrations by Marita, featuring flora and fauna of the Golden Plains Shire. Marita is a well-known local artist and teacher, popular with both adult learners and younger students. Original artwork on display. Suitable for all ages. Books for sale on the day. Bookings are limited. This event is outdoors.

About the Library

This modern, welcoming library provides invaluable community space and library services to the area. The branch features zones for children and young people, study and reading spaces, an outdoor courtyard and meeting rooms for community hire. Regular Baby, Toddler and Preschool Story Time sessions are held here, as well as events and programs for adults taking place throughout the year.
