Little Growers is a special outdoor Story Time session for pre-school children aged 3-5 years and their parent/carer.
Families with preschool aged children are invited to participate in a special Story Time session in the Ocean Grove youth community garden.
Families will learn and play through story-telling, singing and dancing together in the garden.
‘Little Growers’ will have an opportunity to explore the veggie garden and join in on a hands-on garden activity.
Participants are encouraged to wear a hat and sturdy shoes.
No bookings are required for this session. You are welcome to drop in on the day!
Please don’t attend if anyone in your group is unwell on the day of the program. Thanks for doing your bit to keep our community safe.
Ocean Grove is the largest town on the Bellarine and boasts a long library history – a free library opened in the public hall in 1910 and our current library was opened as part of The Grove Centre in 1993. This busy library has frequent children’s activities enlivening the space and reflecting the diverse demographics of our community.
