When is a box not a box? Come along and discover the joy of constructing creatures from boxes. This is part of the Geelong Regional Libraries STEAM into the Library program. Age: 3+
This session is part of a four week preschool program linking children’s fiction to STEAM concepts and activities. This sessions focuses on on using cardboard to construct 3D shapes.
Bookings are essential to save your place in the program.
Please cancel your booking if anyone in your group is unwell on the day of the program, or if you are no longer able to attend so we can contact our waitlist.
Bookings close one day prior to the session.

Children must be supervised by a responsible person (adult or carer) in our libraries and our programs.

About the Library
Waurn Ponds Library is located next to LeisureLink aquatic and fitness centre, over the road from Waurn Ponds Shopping Centre. The modern building features a children’s area on the ground floor with a semi-outdoor reading deck and family room. The first floor offers flexible areas for reading and study, and large non-fiction and young adult collections. Other features include public access PCs, free WiFi, coffee and vending machines, and a meeting room for community hire. Regular Baby, Toddler and Preschool Story Time sessions are held here.
