Have you ever wanted to join a book club but couldn't find one that had room? Or, the books being read were not really your taste? Join us at the Torquay Library.
The Surf Coast Book Club meets the 2nd Thursday of the month at the Torquay Library from 5pm till 6pm. We read a diverse range of exciting books, from romance to crime, to historical and contemporary. What's better than a good read? Sharing it with friends. Come along and join in the fun!

Located in Torquay’s Surf City Plaza, adjacent to the Surf World Museum and Community Hall, Torquay Library is a popular community gathering space, particularly for families and holidaymakers. The branch features zones for reading, studying and working, a dedicated area for children, public access PCs and free WiFi. Regular Baby, Toddler and Preschool Story Time sessions are held here, and many events and programs for adults are also run throughout the year.
