Connect with your community by dropping in to Boronggook Drysdale Library to meet the community groups working in the Bellarine. Find out how you can join, connect and participate in your community.
The Bellarine Library and Community Fair will bring together many of the local community organisations in one space – the Boronggook Drysdale Library. Here they will display, workshop, and demonstrate all of the wonderful things that people can experience if they join, connect or participate. Bring your family and come along and meet others in the community.
Each organisation involved with have a stall with information on what they do, they will have a person you can ask questions of, and they might even have a fundraiser you can participate in. There will be around 20 organisations focussed on local history, community gardening, and hobbies (to name a few).
So come into our beautiful Boronggook Drysdale Library and connect with your community.

The Boronggook Drysdale Library building, opened in April 2023, features communal spaces, quiet study areas, an adult changing places facility, a green roof, an internal courtyard garden, a City of Greater Geelong customer service point and resource-efficient systems. The sustainable building is a welcoming and safe space open to all.
The Geelong Regional Library Corporation acknowledges the Wadawurrung People of the Kulin nation, and the Gulidjan and Gadubanud Peoples of the Maar nations as the Original Owners of the lands on which our library services operate. We pay respect to Elders past, present and emerging. We acknowledge and celebrate First Nations Peoples of this land as the custodians of learning, literacy, knowledge and story.
