By addressing common myths and misconceptions surrounding menopause, the session aims to demystify this natural biological phase. Participants will gain insights into the hormonal, physical, and emotional changes that occur during menopause, and how these changes can be managed with holistic approaches, alongside discussion on how to broach this topic with their healthcare providers and family.
Presenter, Brianna Waring is a degree qualified Naturopath and is especially passionate about women’s health. Her love for this area of health has been largely influenced by her own personal struggle with PCOS and the associated challenges.

Ocean Grove is the largest town on the Bellarine and boasts a long library history – a free library opened in the public hall in 1910 and our current library was opened as part of The Grove Centre in 1993. This busy library has frequent children’s activities enlivening the space and reflecting the diverse demographics of our community.
The Geelong Regional Library Corporation acknowledges the Wadawurrung People of the Kulin nation, and the Gulidjan and Gadubanud Peoples of the Maar nations as the Original Owners of the lands on which our library services operate.
