Local author Barbara Cook talks about following our soul prompts, lifelong learning, living a vibrant life at any age, synchronicities and following our passions.
Join us for this special author talk with Barbara Cook, as she shares her personal story of the meandering journey that her book ‘Good Choice – A Soul’s Story’ has had.
From ten years hidden away in her wardrobe, to publication in 2015 to its latest incarnation as a DIY Audible project in 2015. It was as if the brand-new soundproof recording studio at Armstrong Creek library had been created especially for her, at just the right time.
Listeners will resonate with those magical moments when following your intuition opens doors we can’t even imagine.
Barbara Cook is a retired Primary teacher and Secondary teacher of dance choreography. She is now an awareness facilitator and author. Her book Good Choice – A Soul’s Story was one of three finalists in the New Age Fiction category of the International Book Awards, 2016.
