Join us in a therapeutic creative wellness workshop for Self-Reflection and Acceptance
This gentle and inclusive workshop, facilitated by Benett Hernandez (Creative Wellness Haven), invites you to explore the mirror within — a chance to reflect on how you see yourself, how you feel, what you value, and who you truly are beneath the surface.
Through gentle guidance and creative expression, you will create a symbolic self-portrait, not a realistic self-portrait art, but a visual reflection of who you are. It is not about art or perfection — it is about honouring your story, embracing your voice, reconnecting with your inner strength, exploring your identity, expressing yourself in a way that feels authentic and healing.
This is a safe, supportive, welcoming environment where your experiences are valued. Together in community, we will create, reflect, and hold space for one another — gently nurturing belonging, self-acceptance, and meaningful connection.
No artistic experience needed.
