Join us for a gentle and accessible introduction to Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga is a perfect way to improve flexibility, balance, and relaxation without needing to get down on the floor.
This taster session is ideal for beginners, older adults, or anyone with limited mobility.
All movements are done seated or using a chair for support, making it safe, low-impact, and suitable for all fitness levels. Come and experience how Chair Yoga can support your wellbeing in a friendly, welcoming environment.
