To celebrate Children's Week, the Golden Plains Shire and Bannockburn Library are hosting an Intergenerational Recycled Art and Craft session.
To celebrate Children's Week, the Golden Plains Shire will be hosting an Intergenerational Recycled Art and Craft session on Tuesday 21st of October from 10:30am to 11:30am at the Bannockburn Library.
The activity will be facilitated by Firefly Wellbeing where families, carers and children will have the opportunity to craft a windchime that sings for child rights.
This event is perfect for children of all ages to get hands-on with recycled art and craft activities while bonding with older generations. Let's work together to create something beautiful out of items that would usually be thrown away.
This event is also held within the Victorian Seniors Festival with the theme of 'connect, create and celebrate'. Bringing seniors, older generations, families, carers and children together to enrich the local community.
Don't miss out on this opportunity to learn, laugh and explore the rights of children! Book your spot.
