Take Part: Local Art

Join Megan J. Riedl in a collaborative world-building session to design a story world through a diverse range of creative activities which can focus on writing, visual arts or drama.

In this highly collaborative world-building session, participants will take a simple metaphor prompt and bring forth a unique, complex and fantastical new narrative world. Guided by the premise of the prompt, we will spark each other’s imaginations and build on their collective ideas to design a story world through a diverse range of creative activities which can focus on writing, visual arts or drama.

This workshop is presented by Megan J Riedl, a professional wordsmith, prolific creative, super solo mum and Autistic woman, based in Ballarat.

Take Part: Local Art is presented in partnership with Golden Plains Shire and the Geelong Regional Library Corporation. Running throughout the year, this free creative workshop series is led by local creatives and covers different forms and mediums of art.
