Specialising in shark and ray research at Deakin University’s Queenscliff Marine Research Centre, Louisa will share her expertise, current research, and surprising discoveries from beneath the waves.

Louisa Graf is a marine scientist and PhD candidate specialising in shark and ray research. Her research involves tagging, tracking, and diet studies to understand the ecology of Port Phillip Bay’s local sharks and rays, particularly the southern fiddler ray.

About the Library
Ocean Grove is the largest town on the Bellarine and boasts a long library history – a free library opened in the public hall in 1910 and our current library was opened as part of The Grove Centre in 1993. This busy library has frequent children’s activities enlivening the space and reflecting the diverse demographics of our community.
