Are you curious about mindfulness, but don’t know where to start? This bite-sized program provides a short burst of deep connection amidst a busy daily schedule. Each session will focus on a different mindfulness technique, such as meditation, breathing exercises, visualisation, sensory connection and more!
So, practice putting yourself first and take a moment of pause to connect with your internal and external worlds in this half hour program.
