Make new friends! Join our relaxed, play-based session that includes guided and free-play activities. Explore dress-ups, stories, games and more! Recommended age: 5-8.
What to expect
Presenter will read a story to the group before leading an activity. As activities finish or interest drops the presenter will move the group onto a new activity. Activities may include playing with toys, dress-ups, puppets, and boardgames or doing physical activities like movement based games or doing some singing and dancing.
Booking and supervision
Children must be supervised by a responsible person (adult or carer) in our libraries and our programs.
Bookings are recommended to save your place in the program. Please cancel your booking if you are no longer able to attend so we can contact our waitlist. Bookings close 17 hours prior to the session.

Bannockburn Library
This modern, welcoming library provides invaluable community space and library services to the area. The branch features zones for children and young people, study and reading spaces, an outdoor courtyard and meeting rooms for community hire. Regular Baby, Toddler and Preschool Story Time sessions are held here, as well as events and programs for adults taking place throughout the year.
