Pokémon play time

Come and join us as we discuss, craft and try to catch them all, in Pokémon play time this school holidays! We will be creating our own new Pokémon and looking for old favourites. Ages 5-8.
What to expect:
- This is a school holiday program facilitated by a library staff member with a maximum group size of 20.
- The program will involve having a shared discussion about Pokémon, doing a group trivia and participating in a scavenger hunt within the library.
- Participants will also design and draw their own Pokémon character and may also do other activity sheets such as colouring in. This may occur during the program or be provided as take-home activities depending on time.
Bookings and supervision:
- Children must be supervised by a responsible person (adult or carer) in our libraries and our programs.
- Bookings are essential to save your place within the program.
- Please cancel your booking if you are no longer able to attend so we can contact our waitlist.
- Bookings close one day prior to the session.

Leopold Library
Leopold Library was opened in 2018 and is situated within the Leopold Community Hub. The branch offers a welcoming and bright space with zones for working, comfortable reading and activities. A dedicated technology makerspace provides opportunities to develop creativity, imagination and problem solving. Public access PCs, free WiFi, a large area for children and young people, coffee machine, meeting room for community hire and comfortable seating are further features of this branch. Regular Baby, Toddler and Preschool Story Time sessions are held here.
