Published or not, in 2022, publishing houses and agents expect authors to have a social media presence.
Whether you’re terrified to take the leap or if you already have a presence but want to make it work better for you, this online half-day workshop is for you. It will introduce authors to Facebook, Instagram and TikTok and help you decide which platform suits you best. It will provide the nuts and bolts of setting up and running an account and outline the differences between each platform to help you decide where and how to put your energies to connect with your larger reader community.
Fiona Lowe has been a midwife, a sexual health counsellor and a family support worker and is a recipient of the prestigious USA RITA® award and the Australian RuBY award. Just an Ordinary Family published by HQ Fiction is her 35th novel.
