Writer of real-life global motorcycle adventures across five continents on British classic motorcyles
Having spent 50+ years travelling 50+ countries on his old, obscure Yorkshire-made Panther Motorcycle "Penelope", Des Molloy's many adventures are covered in his books and tales that are the recollections of an ordinary person with a well-lived life…and sharing the memories.
Des is an award-winner for a written piece, Motorcycling as Therapy, and his presentation also covers the advantages of motorcycling for mental health and well-being.
