Come join us to enjoy a morning tea, listen to a presentation and see the Warm Safe Home Project exhibition created by the community.
The Warm Safe Home Project uses art to start a conversation to increase respect for older people in our
community, and spread the word that everyone has the right to live in a warm safe home.
Crafted houses will feature key questions including: What does a warm safe home mean to you, what is something special you remember about your grandparents, how can we increase respect for older people in our community? We are working to connect a range of people to this project through neighbourhood houses.
Enjoy a morning tea and listen to our special guest speaker Mr Gary Fergusson from Seniors Rights Victoria.
This project is an initiative of the Barwon Elder Abuse Primary Preventing (BEAPP) Network
