Tackling the topic of grief and recovery, this is a contemporary women's fiction novel that shows how you can rise from the depths of despair to the joys of a new life through self discovery.
Main character Annie Green is tormented by the memory of what she once had and no longer knows who she is or where she belongs. When her daughters surprise her with a ticket to Paris, she reluctantly leaves Australia on an emotional journey of self-discovery.
Former journalist Pearl Wilson is the author of six books including her first novel, Ticket to Paris. She teaches creative writing and organises literary events. Pearl also has facilitated a writing group for the past twelve years.
