This session is part of a four week preschool program linking children’s fiction to STEAM concepts and activities. Participants will learn about light and darkness through listening to some stories and completing STEAM based activities.
Children must be supervised by a responsible person (adult or carer) in our libraries and our programs’
Bookings are essential to save your place in the program.

The Lara Library is conveniently located next to Austin Park, in a central community hub shared with the Maternal Child Health Centre, Lara Kindergarten and Lara Community Centre. The branch features zones for children and young people, study and reading areas, public access PCs, free WiFi and two Apple iMac computers. Regular Baby, Toddler and Preschool Story Time sessions are held here, and events and programs for adults are also run throughout the year.
