What can you hear? Come along with your pre-schooler and read, play and create as we learn about sound. This is part of the Geelong Regional Libraries STEAM into the Library program. Age: 3-5
This session is part of a four week preschool program linking children’s fiction to STEAM concepts and activities. This session focuses on the sounds all around us, sound waves, and making music!
Bookings are essential to save your place in the program.
Please cancel your booking if anyone in your group is unwell on the day of the program, or if you are unable to attend.
Bookings close one day prior to the session.

Children must be supervised by a responsible person (adult or carer) in our library programs.

The Lara Library is conveniently located next to Austin Park, in a central community hub shared with the Maternal Child Health Centre, Lara Kindergarten and Lara Community Centre. The branch features zones for children and young people, study and reading areas, public access PCs, free WiFi and two Apple iMac computers. Regular Baby, Toddler and Preschool Story Time sessions are held here, and events and programs for adults are also run throughout the year.
