Local Word Writers Festival is an annual three-day event of local writers presenting workshops, presentations and panel discussions for writers and readers.
Join us for a lively and fun session for creative writers and aspiring creative writers of all ages, using writing prompts and wordplay. This will include a short mindfulness meditation to enhance creativity and some easy, seated 'yoga for writers' movement to really get our creativity flowing. Come along with an open mind and a willingness to explore the power and benefits of combining movement with stories.
Suze Male is a writer and yoga/meditation teacher. She has carried a passion for stories throughout her life, first as a journalist for celebrity magazines, then later as a book author, publisher and writer, and always as a big reader.
Up to 30 participants aged 13+.
Tickets $30pp OR $20pp for library members (free to join) OR $10 for concession holders.
