The Makers Room on Level 2 is now available and open during the following hours:
Weekly:
- Tuesday, 10am–1pm
- Friday, 2pm–5pm
Fortnightly:
- Thursday 5.30-7.30pm
- Saturday: 10am-12pm

Available Equipment:
Laser Cutter – Cuts or engraves wood with precision using a laser beam.
CNC Router – Carves and cuts detailed shapes from wood using a spinning tool.
Cricut – A smart cutting machine for paper, vinyl, fabric, and custom stickers or cards.
Heat Press – Transfers designs onto T-shirts, bags, and other fabric using heat and pressure.
3D Printer – Builds objects layer by layer from filaments. Great for prototypes and models.
Thermoformer – Heats plastic to create custom molds and shapes by forming it over an object.
Please note: You need to complete a Makers Room Safety Induction before you can use the equipment in the room.
