Join friends new and old as we gather to learn weaving skills. Take home a rainbow keyring and a paper gift box. Recommended age: 8+
What to expect:
- This is a school holiday program facilitated by a library staff member, with a maximum group size of 15 participants.
- Children will learn basic knots, threading skills, construct a paper gift box, and create a rainbow keyring.
- The only thing you will need to bring is your eagerness to have fun!
Bookings and supervision:
- Children must be supervised by a responsible person (adult or carer) in our libraries and our programs.
- Bookings are recommended to save your place in the program.
- Please cancel your booking if you are no longer able to attend so we can contact our waitlist.
- Bookings close one day prior to the session.

Leopold Library
Leopold Library was opened in 2018 and is situated within the Leopold Community Hub. The branch offers a welcoming and bright space with zones for working, comfortable reading and activities. A dedicated technology makerspace provides opportunities to develop creativity, imagination and problem solving. Public access PCs, free WiFi, a large area for children and young people, coffee machine, meeting room for community hire and comfortable seating are further features of this branch. Regular Baby, Toddler and Preschool Story Time sessions are held here.
