Gender inequality is still reflected in the gender pay gap, under representation of women in leadership, workforce segregation, and sexual harassment. The State's Gender Equality Commission was established following Victoria's trail blazing Gender Equality Act, 2020, and plays a significant role in addressing these issues to build a better, fairer, and more equal future for all Victorians.
