Super Brain Workout is an educational interactive workshop, which focuses on a holistic-health approach to our daily routines, to incorporate best practice for a brain-protective lifestyle.

This course incorporates an interactive hands-on style, designed to facilitate connections between speaker & participants.  Brain health tips are woven between the activities as much as possible for an active learning style. Notes and reading lists are handed out at appropriate times during the session.  Topics covered include:

About Maggie Flanagan

Maggie Flanagan is a Counsellor, and Wellness/ Nutrition/Fitness coach, who has been conducting innovative community health education courses for over 24 years. Maggie has qualifications in Personal Training, Yoga, Pilates, Qi Gong, Counselling, Advanced Nutrition, Nutrition for Mental Wellbeing, Brain Gym, Dementia Prevention (Tas University), Food and Mood (Deakin).

Tickets $40pp OR $20pp for Concession holders - exclusive to library members only (it's free to join the library!).
