Come dressed in your finest, get creative and celebrate positive ageing with us!

Join us for an inspiring and nurturing event, "HeARTful High Tea", a creative wellness workshop thoughtfully crafted by Creative Wellness Haven to celebrate Positive Ageing during the Victorian Seniors Festival Month.

This immersive workshop mindfully merges the therapeutic benefits of creativity with the timeless elegance of a traditional high tea, presenting a wonderful opportunity for relaxation and meaningful connections.

This workshop fosters the power of creativity and social engagement in promoting positive ageing.

We offer you a memorable day of artistic expression and connection, contributing to your overall well-being and joy.

We invite you to wear your finest high tea attire, adding elegance and joy to the occasion. This is a wonderful opportunity to express yourself and build confidence through your personal style.

Let's take this opportunity to honour positive ageing with creativity and camaraderie.

No artistic experience needed. For seniors only.
