A trauma-informed creative wellness session honouring all experiences of motherhood, including loss, with heart, community and care.

Join us for a gentle, inclusive gathering this Mother's Day, a space that honours all experiences of motherhood, including pregnancy loss, in a warm and culturally safe environment.

Facilitated by Benett Hernandez from Creative Wellness Haven, this session weaves together creativity, mindful reflection and community connection.

Participants will create a personalised keepsake while being held in a space that sees and supports you. Refreshments provided.

This event is delivered by Regional Runways Inc. and made possible through the Multicultural Grassroots Initiative grant by the Department of Home Affairs, in partnership with Geelong Regional Libraries.

Regional Runways Inc. is a grassroots, community-based not-for-profit that creates opportunities for diverse women to share their cultures, talents, and traditions with the broader community. Through inclusive initiatives that foster social and economic participation, we aim to strengthen belonging and enhance social cohesion.
