In the lead up to International Women's Day on 8th March, we provide a local focus as Geelong's wise women open up about their lives and share their experiences of the COVID year.
This book is the second in the 13 Wise Women series and features 13 women from all walks of life across the Geelong region.
Most of us have ridden the extreme highs and lows of COVID-19. We have used what we know, what we have learned about ourselves and others, to work through a time that most of us alive today have never experienced before.
This event will feature Founder, Facilitator and Co-author of the 13 Wise Women book series, Gail Mortimer, together with Davina Montgomery (Editor and co-author), Frederike Moodie (Web master and co-author) and Mara McDonald (co-author).
They will talk us through the hearts and hopes, self-doubts and fears, strengths and inspiration, some coping strategies, a few giggles, and so many tears - that some of our region's most inspirational women discovered during 2020.
