Local Word Writers Festival is an annual two-day event of local writers presenting workshops, presentations and author in-conversations for writers and readers.
Paris or Die is a novel about a theatre student drawn to Paris after her mother’s death, where the city’s artistic, amorous and cultural hazards lead her to a bizarre near-fatal conclusion.
Paris or Die was developed into a solo theatre show by author/actor Jayne Tuttle with director John Bolton and performed in 2021 and 2022 at a variety of venues, including La Mama in Melbourne.
Join us for a dynamic, one-hour one-woman live performance, followed by an in-conversation with Jayne and host Maria Takolander, including audience Q&A and book signings. Canapes, a light supper and drinks will be provided throughout the evening.
Performance runs 7:30pm – 8:30pm (no food & drink service during performance)
* Up to 100 participants | * Suitable for everyone aged 18+
