Learn, create and make mandalas in this workshop for encouraging mindfulness, creativity and imagination.
Mandalas are an inspiring, limitless tool for creating peace, understanding and healing.
A written mandala is made up of a number of concentric circles into which are written bright, positive, meaningful words. As we write these works of love, gratitude, peace and harmony, the power of these words are poured into the mandala. The process of writing the words heals and revitalises us. These written Mandalas of bright words and gratitude to nature is a path to inner peace, calm and world peace.
This workshop is hosted by Geelong Women's Shed- A space where you can learn new skills, share your knowledge and meet other women/non binary people.
