Newcomb Meeting RoomNew to computers? Come along and learn the basics in these straightforward sessions which will give you the confidence to use computers in your everyday life.
What to expect:
- This is a series of two educational programs run by a library staff member for up to 6 attendees.
- You will learn the basic skills and knowledge to use a mouse and keyboard to control a computer as well as how to search the internet.
Bookings:
Bookings are recommended to save your place in the program. Please cancel your booking if you are no longer able to attend.
Bookings close three hours before the session.

Newcomb Library
Newcomb Library is a popular community gathering space and is situated within a busy shopping precinct. The branch features a range of services and facilities including public access PCs, free WiFi, zones for reading, study and working, and a large meeting room available for community hire. Regular Baby, Toddler and Preschool Story Time sessions are held here, and events and lifelong learning programs for adults are run throughout the year.
