What to expect:

  • This is a school holiday program facilitated by a library staff member with a maximum group size of 30.
  • Children will listen to marine-based stories and sing songs. They will also have the opportunity to see and touch real marine creatures.

Bookings and supervision:

  • Please limit your family/group to one adult plus children.
  • Children must be supervised by a responsible person (adult or carer) in our libraries and our programs. 
  • Bookings are recommended to save your place in the program.
  • Please cancel your booking if you are no longer able to attend so we can contact our waitlist.
  • Bookings close one day prior to the session.

About the Library

The Queenscliff Library is housed in a beautiful heritage building, built in 1887, and services the Queenscliff and Point Lonsdale communities, as well as holidaymakers. Located in the main street of this picturesque coastal village, the branch is a small but much-loved community space. Located next to the Visitor Information Centre and Queenscliffe Historical Museum, the library features public access PCs, free WiFi, study spaces and a large reading room. Regular Preschool Story Time sessions are held here.
