You are invited to join Paris Jay, an Accredited Practising Dietitian, as she presents an engaging session including the current evidence-based nutrition guidelines for the best quality diet, and how to create nutritionally balanced meals and practically include these recommendations in your everyday life.
Please note, at times during this Zoom Workshop you may be invited to turn your camera on and unmute your microphone to participate with the presenter and the other participants. Your participation is entirely at your discretion, you can watch with your camera and microphone switched off if you prefer. You can also ask questions or request assistance using the ‘behind the scenes’ functions such as 'Chat' or 'Raise Hand'.
