Experience a live performance from a local Chamber music quintet.
Surf Coast Chamber Players brings together outstanding musicians from the Surf Coast and Geelong to play superb classical music. The group recently performed a program of Mozart and Bach at the Aireys Inlet Community Hall. Their repertoire includes the Mozart Flute Quartet in D major; the Mozart Diverimenti for string quartet; the JS Bach Trio sonata for Flute, Violin and Cello and famous Schubert Piano Quintet in A major (The Trout). Surf Coast Chamber Players recently commissioned Lachlan Skipworth to write a new work for flute, violins, viola, cello and koto (Japanese instrument), which will be premiered in September.
