How well do you hear? Take the first step to help rediscover the sounds you love by booking a free hearing assessment to discuss your hearing needs.

These free hearing checks are available for anyone over the age of 18 and take around 15 minutes to complete. Please allow 20 minutes per session. 

Places are limited, bookings highly recommended. Walk-ins welcome (subject to availability).

This service is delivered and facilitated by Hearing Australia and supported by Geelong Regional Libraries.

About the Library

Located in Torquay’s Surf City Plaza, adjacent to the Surf World Museum and Community Hall, Torquay Library is a popular community gathering space, particularly for families and holidaymakers. The branch features zones for reading, studying and working, a dedicated area for children, public access PCs and free WiFi. Regular Baby, Toddler and Preschool Story Time sessions are held here, and many events and programs for adults are also run throughout the year.
